Ingredients

  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 50 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • 2 tbspbasil

    fresh, chopped

  • 100 gwalnuts

    toasted and ground

  • 2 tbspegg white powder
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • Himalayan salt

    to taste

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese with eggs and olive oil until smooth.

  2. Stir in grated cheddar, fresh basil, ground walnuts, egg white powder, dried garlic, salt and baking powder.

  3. Divide the batter among 3 greased ramekins and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30- until the tops are deep golden and a skewer comes out clean; cool before serving.
