Ingredients
- 1avocado
- 150 gcottage cheese
- 1egg
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
- 1 tbspflaxseed
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 50 gmozzarella
- 30 gParmesan
Instructions
Mash avocado and mix with cottage cheese and egg
Add sesame seeds, flaxseed and olive oil
Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan
Shape into 3 flatbreads
Bake until golden
