  • 1avocado
  • 150 gcottage cheese
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tbspflaxseed
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 50 gmozzarella
  • 30 gParmesan

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado and mix with cottage cheese and egg

  2. Add sesame seeds, flaxseed and olive oil

  3. Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan

  4. Shape into 3 flatbreads

  5. Bake until golden
