Ingredients

  • 100 gsunflower seeds
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsesame seeds

  • 30 gwalnuts
  • 30 ghazelnuts
  • 60 gflaxseed
  • 20 gchia seeds
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 200 grolled oats
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 380 gcanned white beans

    drained, 1 can

  • 170 mlwater
  • 30 mlvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, psyllium husk and rolled oats in a bowl; add salt and mix well.

  2. Add sesame seeds at the end; walnuts may be lightly chopped.

  3. Blend drained white beans with 170 ml water and 30 ml vegetable oil until smooth.

  4. Combine the bean liquid with the seed and oat mixture; stir thoroughly.

  5. Grease wide-mouth glass jars with oil and distribute the dough between them.

  6. Brush the tops with oil and cover loosely with lids.

  7. Let rest for .

  9. Unmold carefully — use a wide-mouthed jar for easy removal.
