Ingredients

  • 180 glentils

    soaked 1 hour

  • 2 pieceegg
  • 100 gyogurt
  • salt

    a little

  • dried garlic
  • 30 gparmesan
  • parsley
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak lentils in water for , then drain and rinse

  2. Blend lentils with eggs and yogurt

  3. Add salt, dried garlic, parmesan and parsley

  4. Stir in baking powder and olive oil

  5. Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil

  6. Transfer the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  7. Bake at 180 C for 40-
