- 1eggs
- 12⅞ gtahini
- 2⅛ mlolive oil
- 7⅛ gegg white powder
or whey protein
- 0.07 tspHimalayan salt
- 0.29 tspbaking powder
- ⅛ tspanise seeds
- ⅛ tbsplemon juice
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Whisk eggs with tahini, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in egg white powder, salt, baking powder and anise seeds to form a thick, pourable batter.
Divide the batter into 7 greased bun molds and top generously with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20- until puffed and deep golden on top.
