Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3eggs
  • 90 gtahini
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 50 gegg white powder

    or whey protein

  • ½ tspHimalayan salt
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspanise seeds
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with tahini, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Stir in egg white powder, salt, baking powder and anise seeds to form a thick, pourable batter.

  3. Divide the batter into 7 greased bun molds and top generously with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20- until puffed and deep golden on top.
