- 3eggs
- 5 tbsppsyllium husk
- ½ tspcornstarch
- 2 tspboiling water
- salt
to taste
- sesame seeds
for topping
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Whisk 3 eggs with salt until fluffy.
Stir 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch with 2 teaspoons boiling water into a slurry and add to the eggs.
Fold in 5 tablespoons psyllium husk and let rest briefly to thicken.
Shape the batter on an oiled tray, sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C for until firm. Serve with cottage cheese, spinach or cucumber toppings.
