Ingredients

- 240 gflaxseeds
ground
- 40 gpsyllium husk powder
about 4 tablespoons
- 2 tspbaking powder
- pinchsalt
to taste
- 1 tbspground coriander
plus more for topping
- 360 mlboiling water

Instructions
Combine 240g ground flaxseeds, 40g psyllium husk powder, 2 teaspoons baking powder, salt and 1 tablespoon ground coriander in a bowl.
Pour over 1.5 cups (about 360ml) boiling water and mix quickly until the dough thickens and comes together.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin, shape and smooth the top, then sprinkle with extra coriander.
Bake at 180°C for about , until firm and a skewer comes out clean. Cool fully before slicing.
