- 200 galmond flour
- 10 gbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Whisk eggs with Greek yogurt and salt until smooth.
Fold in almond flour gradually, followed by baking powder, until a thick batter forms.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan and scatter sesame seeds across the top.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45- until deep golden; cool before slicing into thin sandwich rounds.
