  • 200 galmond flour
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with Greek yogurt and salt until smooth.

  2. Fold in almond flour gradually, followed by baking powder, until a thick batter forms.

  3. Transfer to a greased loaf pan and scatter sesame seeds across the top.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45- until deep golden; cool before slicing into thin sandwich rounds.
