- 250 gGreek yogurt
- 2eggs
- salt
to taste
- dried garlic
to taste
- 60 galmond flour
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 50 gmozzarella
grated
Instructions
Whisk Greek yogurt with eggs, salt and dried garlic until smooth.
Fold in almond flour, baking powder and grated mozzarella.
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even round.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15- until deep golden, then add toppings and return to the oven 5- more.
