Ingredients

  • 250 gGreek yogurt
  • 2eggs
  • salt

    to taste

  • dried garlic

    to taste

  • 60 galmond flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 50 gmozzarella

    grated

Instructions

  1. Whisk Greek yogurt with eggs, salt and dried garlic until smooth.

  2. Fold in almond flour, baking powder and grated mozzarella.

  3. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even round.

  4. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15- until deep golden, then add toppings and return to the oven 5- more.
