  • 50 golive oil
  • 40 gcoconut oil
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • pinchsalt
  • 50 gegg-white albumin powder
  • ½ tspxanthan gum
  • 80 galmond flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with sour cream, olive oil, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and salt. Stir in albumin, xanthan gum, almond flour and baking powder into a smooth dough.

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment, brush with vegetable oil and spread the dough evenly. Scatter sesame seeds over the surface.

  3. Bake at 160°C for 20-. Crack the oven door for , then turn the oven off and let the bread cool inside for a crisp crust and soft crumb.
