Ingredients

  • 225 gcottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • salt

    to taste

  • 10 gpsyllium husk
  • 80 galmond flour
  • 1½ tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese with eggs and salt until smooth.

  2. Stir in psyllium husk, half the almond flour and rest the dough ; stir in the remaining almond flour and baking powder.

  3. Transfer to a greased loaf pan, score the top and scatter sesame seeds over the surface.

  4. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 45- until deep golden; cool in the pan before unmolding and slicing.
