- 225 gcottage cheese
- 2eggs
- salt
to taste
- 10 gpsyllium husk
- 80 galmond flour
- 1½ tspbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with eggs and salt until smooth.
Stir in psyllium husk, half the almond flour and rest the dough ; stir in the remaining almond flour and baking powder.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, score the top and scatter sesame seeds over the surface.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 45- until deep golden; cool in the pan before unmolding and slicing.
