Ingredients

  • 50 gcottage cheese
  • 1egg
  • pinchsalt
  • 15 gParmesan

    grated

  • 20 gmozzarella

    cubed

  • 40 galmond flour
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk cottage cheese with the egg and salt until smooth.

  2. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella cubes, almond flour and baking powder.

  3. Divide among small baking cups and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15- until puffed and golden; serve warm.
