- 110 gcottage cheese

- 1eggs
- salt
to taste
- ¼ tspdried garlic
- dried thyme
to taste
- 50 gmozzarella
shredded
- 37½ galmond flour
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with eggs until smooth, then stir in salt, dried garlic, thyme and mozzarella.
Fold in almond flour until the dough holds its shape.
Spread into 6 flatbreads on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8- until set.
Add toppings of choice and bake 6- more until the cheese bubbles and the edges crisp.
