Ingredients

  • 100 galmond flour
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • dried garlic
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsesame seeds

    chopped

  • 50 gflaxseed

    chopped

  • 3eggs
  • 150 gGreek yogurt
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 100g almond flour with salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and dried garlic.

  2. Chop 50g pumpkin seeds, 50g sesame and 50g flax with a knife and add to the bowl.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 150g Greek yogurt, pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Line two small loaf pans with damp parchment, spray with oil and divide the batter between them; sprinkle with sesame.

  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35- until a skewer comes out clean.
