- 100 galmond flour
- pinchsalt
- 1 tspbaking powder
- dried garlic
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsesame seeds
chopped
- 50 gflaxseed
chopped
- 3eggs
- 150 gGreek yogurt
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Combine 100g almond flour with salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and dried garlic.
Chop 50g pumpkin seeds, 50g sesame and 50g flax with a knife and add to the bowl.
Whisk 3 eggs with 150g Greek yogurt, pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Line two small loaf pans with damp parchment, spray with oil and divide the batter between them; sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35- until a skewer comes out clean.
