  • 2eggs

    raw

  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 3 tbspdill

    fresh, chopped

  • 2 tbspgreen onion

    chopped

  • 50 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • 2eggs

    boiled and chopped

  • 100 galmond flour
  • Himalayan salt

    to taste

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • 2 tbspegg white powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend the raw eggs with cottage cheese until smooth, then whisk in olive oil.

  2. Fold in dill, green onion, cheddar, chopped boiled eggs, almond flour, salt, baking powder, dried garlic and egg white powder.

  3. Shape 8 buns with oiled hands on a greased baking sheet and top with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30- until deep golden and firm; cool before serving.
