Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 225 galmond flour
  • Himalayan salt

    to taste

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 40 gsunflower seeds
  • 30 gsesame seeds
  • 50 gcheddar cheese
  • 15 gParmesan
  • 3eggs
  • 120 mlalmond milk

    or coconut milk

  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • flaxseed

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 225g almond flour, salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 20g psyllium.

  2. Add 40g sunflower seeds, 30g sesame, 50g cheddar and 15g Parmesan to the dry mix.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 120ml almond milk and 1 tablespoon olive oil; stir into the dough until combined.

  4. Shape into boules in an oiled dish, sprinkle with flaxseed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35- until golden.
