- 225 galmond flour
- Himalayan salt
to taste
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- 40 gsunflower seeds
- 30 gsesame seeds
- 50 gcheddar cheese
- 15 gParmesan
- 3eggs
- 120 mlalmond milk
or coconut milk
- 1 tbspolive oil
- flaxseed
for topping
Instructions
Combine 225g almond flour, salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 20g psyllium.
Add 40g sunflower seeds, 30g sesame, 50g cheddar and 15g Parmesan to the dry mix.
Whisk 3 eggs with 120ml almond milk and 1 tablespoon olive oil; stir into the dough until combined.
Shape into boules in an oiled dish, sprinkle with flaxseed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35- until golden.
