- 80 gground flaxseed
- 1 tspbaking powder
- salt
to taste
- 2 tbspsesame seeds
- 70 gcheddar cheese
grated
- 1egg
- 60 mlwater
- 2 tbspolive oil
Instructions
Combine ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, sesame seeds and grated cheddar in a bowl.
Whisk in the egg, water and olive oil until a firm dough forms.
Divide into 6 portions, shape into buns and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25- until deep golden and firm; cool before slicing.
