Ingredients

  • 80 gground flaxseed
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt

    to taste

  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 70 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • 1egg
  • 60 mlwater
  • 2 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, sesame seeds and grated cheddar in a bowl.

  2. Whisk in the egg, water and olive oil until a firm dough forms.

  3. Divide into 6 portions, shape into buns and place on a greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25- until deep golden and firm; cool before slicing.
