Ingredients

  • 140 gsunflower seeds

    roasted, unsalted

  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1½ tspbaking powder
  • ½ tspdried garlic
  • ½ tspfreeze-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspGreek yogurt
  • sunflower seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind 140g sunflower seeds to flour in a blender.

  2. Mix with 2 tablespoons psyllium, salt, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, dried garlic, freeze-dried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon turmeric.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and stir into the dry mixture; rest .

  4. Divide into 2 loaves on an oiled tray, sprinkle with extra sunflower seeds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-.
