Dense seed bread made entirely from sunflower seeds, flaxseed, psyllium and eggs. Baked until firm and topped with sesame for a grain-free loaf.

- 150 gsunflower seeds
- 30 gflaxseed
ground
- 30 gpsyllium husk
- pinchsalt
- 4eggs
- 15 mlolive oil
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Blend sunflower seeds to a fine meal and mix with ground flax, psyllium and salt.
Whisk in eggs, olive oil and apple cider vinegar; stir in baking soda last and rest .
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, drizzle with more oil, score the top and scatter sesame seeds across the surface.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40- until firm; cool completely before slicing.
