Ingredients

- 250 goats
rolled
- pinchsalt
to taste
- 10 gbaking powder
- tspground coriander
- 235 gGreek yogurt
- 2eggs
Instructions
Combine 250g oats, salt to taste, 10g baking powder and ground coriander in a mixing bowl.
Whisk 2 eggs with 235g Greek yogurt and pour over the dry mixture. Stir until you have a thick, spoonable dough.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin and level the top.
Bake at 180°C for about , until firm and golden. Cool before slicing.
