Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 goats

    soaked in 200ml warm milk

  • 200 mlmilk
  • 30 gsun-dried tomatoes

    chopped

  • pinchsalt
  • tspdried basil
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 20 gsunflower seeds

    plus more for topping

  • 20 gsesame seeds
  • 100 goats

    ground to a flour

  • 10 gbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Pour 200ml warm milk over 100g oats and soak until softened.

  2. Stir in 30g chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, dried basil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 20g sunflower seeds and 20g sesame seeds.

  3. Grind another 100g oats to a flour, mix with 10g baking powder and fold into the soaked oats.

  4. Transfer to a greased loaf tin, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bake at 190°C for 40-. Cool before slicing.
