Ingredients

  • 100 gpumpkin fiber

    or pumpkin seed flour

  • 50 galmond flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspchia seeds
  • 1 pieceegg
  • 180 mlliquid yogurt
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • pumpkin seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin fiber, almond flour, baking powder, salt and chia seeds

  2. Add egg, yogurt and olive oil

  3. Stir until well combined

  4. Grease baking pans with vegetable oil

  5. Shape the bread and drizzle with oil

  6. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds

  7. Bake for 35- at 180 C (350 F)

Dense and filling. A small slice is enough. I use it as my morning bread and haven't needed anything else — the chia and almond together keep me going until midday without any hunger.
