Ingredients

  • 70 goat flour
  • 40 galmonds

    ground

  • 10 gflaxseed
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • 70 grolled oats
  • 1egg
  • 180 gcottage cheese
  • salt

    to taste

  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Combine 70g oat flour, 40g ground almonds, 10g flaxseed, baking powder, salt and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

  2. Stir in 70g rolled oats, then add 1 egg and 180g cottage cheese.

  3. Mix to a thick dough, transfer to a greased pan and brush with water.

  4. Sprinkle with additional oatmeal and bake at 180°C for 35-. Cool before slicing.
