Ingredients

  • 150 glentils
  • 50 gchia seeds
  • 50 gflaxseed
  • 300 gapple

    grated

  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • coriander

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 150g lentils, 50g chia and 50g flaxseed and grind everything in a coffee grinder.

  2. Grate apples to get 300g.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 1 teaspoon salt using a mixer.

  4. Fold in the grated apple, then the ground dry mixture.

  5. Transfer to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with coriander.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 50-; cool before slicing.
