- 150 glentils
- 50 gchia seeds
- 50 gflaxseed
- 300 gapple

- 3eggs
- 1 tspsalt
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Combine 150g lentils, 50g chia and 50g flaxseed and grind everything in a coffee grinder.
Grate apples to get 300g.
Whisk 3 eggs with 1 teaspoon salt using a mixer.
Fold in the grated apple, then the ground dry mixture.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with coriander.
Bake at 180°C for 50-; cool before slicing.
