- 140 galmond flour
- pinchHimalayan salt
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 20 gcoconut flour
- 1 tsppsyllium husk
- 3eggs
- 30 mlheavy cream
- 1 gvanilla powder
- 2 tbspallulose
- 45 gbutter
melted
- 1 tspapple cider vinegar
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
for glaze, melted
- ½ tspcinnamon
- orange zest
to taste
Instructions
Mix almond flour, salt, baking powder, coconut flour and psyllium in a bowl.
Whisk in eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, allulose, melted butter and apple cider vinegar until the dough is smooth.
Shape 9 balls with oiled hands on an oil-sprayed, parchment-lined pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20- until puffed and lightly golden.
Whisk melted vegetable oil with cinnamon and orange zest, then brush over the warm buns before serving.
