Ingredients

  • 140 galmond flour
  • pinchHimalayan salt
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 20 gcoconut flour
  • 1 tsppsyllium husk
  • 3eggs
  • 30 mlheavy cream
  • 1 gvanilla powder
  • 2 tbspallulose
  • 45 gbutter

    melted

  • 1 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

    for glaze, melted

  • ½ tspcinnamon
  • orange zest

    to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, salt, baking powder, coconut flour and psyllium in a bowl.

  2. Whisk in eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, allulose, melted butter and apple cider vinegar until the dough is smooth.

  3. Shape 9 balls with oiled hands on an oil-sprayed, parchment-lined pan.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20- until puffed and lightly golden.

  5. Whisk melted vegetable oil with cinnamon and orange zest, then brush over the warm buns before serving.
