Keto Flax and Coconut Toast Bread
A heart-healthy keto toast bread made with flax seeds and coconut flakes. Flour-free, low-carb base for avocado sandwiches with fiber, healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients
- 80 gflax seeds
- 60 gcoconut flakes
- oregano
- salt
a little
- 2 pieceegg
- 50 gGreek yogurt
- 30 gbutter
- 1 tspapple cider vinegar
- ½ tspbaking soda
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Mix flax seeds, coconut flakes, oregano and salt
Add eggs, Greek yogurt, butter, apple cider vinegar and baking soda
Let the dough rest for
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil
Shape the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 35-
