  • 150 gcoconut flour
  • 60 galmond flour
  • 30 gpsyllium husk
  • 30 gchia seeds
  • salt

    a little

  • dried onion
  • tspground coriander
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 530 mlwater
  • 2 tspapple cider vinegar
  • black sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 150g coconut flour, 60g almond flour, 30g psyllium, 30g chia, salt, dried onion, coriander and 2 teaspoons baking powder.

  2. Pour in 530ml water and 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and mix to a thick dough. Rest .

  3. Grease a loaf tin with butter, transfer the dough and smooth the top; scatter black sesame seeds over.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 50- until a skewer comes out clean and the crust is deeply golden.

  5. Cool completely before slicing — the crumb sets firm, perfect for keto sandwiches.
