  • 250 gcauliflower
  • 40 galmond flour
  • 1 tbspflaxseed
  • salt

    a little

  • oregano
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 30 gparmesan
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 pieceegg
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower finely

  2. Mix with almond flour, flaxseed, salt, oregano, baking powder and parmesan

  3. Add olive oil and eggs, knead into a dough

  4. Shape the dough and place on an oiled baking sheet

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake at 180 C for 35-
