Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 80 gwalnuts
  • 70 gcashews
  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • salt

    a little

  • oregano
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • dried tomatoes
  • 3 pieceegg
  • 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Grind walnuts and cashews

  2. Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, salt, oregano, baking powder and dried tomatoes

  3. Add eggs, kefir and olive oil, stir into a dough

  4. Divide the dough between oiled glasses

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake at 180 C for 40-
