Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 16⅔ gParmesan

    grated

  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

  • 5 gsoft cream cheese

    for the sandwich

  • 10 gcanned tuna
  • 10 gtomato
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado with 1 egg and 50g Parmesan; season with oregano and black pepper.

  2. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined tray greased with vegetable oil and shape into flatbread portions.

  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for until golden and firm to the touch.

  4. Cool briefly, then top with cream cheese, canned tuna, tomato slices and lettuce leaves and serve.
