Keto Avocado Almond Flour Buns
Tender keto buns made with avocado, eggs and almond flour. A breakfast packed with healthy fats, protein and fiber, finished with dried tomatoes for extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 175 gavocado pulp
- 2 pieceegg
- 4 tbspalmond flour
- salt
a little
- dried basil or oregano
- 1 tspbaking powder
- dried tomatoes
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Mash avocado pulp with eggs
Add almond flour, salt, dried herbs and baking powder
Mix until a smooth dough forms
Line small baking pans with damp parchment and spray with oil
Divide the dough between the pans
Top with dried tomatoes and sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C until golden
