Ingredients

- 130 goats
ground in a coffee grinder
- 30 gwalnuts
chopped
- 30 gsesame seeds
toasted, plus more for topping
- pinchsalt
to taste
- 10 gbaking powder
- tspdried basil
- 250 mlkefir
or yogurt; 1 glass
- 1egg
- 30 graisins
Instructions
Grind 130g oats to a flour. Toast sesame seeds and chopped walnuts briefly in a dry pan.
Combine the oat flour with 30g walnuts, 30g sesame, salt, 10g baking powder and dried basil.
Whisk 1 egg with 250ml kefir and stir into the dry mix. Fold in 30g raisins until evenly distributed.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin, sprinkle with more sesame seeds and bake at 190°C for 35-, until golden. Cool before slicing.
