Ingredients

- 180 gcottage cheese
- 2eggs
- pinchsalt
- 135 goats
ground in a coffee grinder
- 5 gbaking powder
- 70 gwalnuts
roughly chopped
- sesame seeds
for coating
Instructions
Whisk 180g cottage cheese with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.
Grind 135g oats to a flour, mix with 5g baking powder and fold into the cottage-cheese base.
Add 70g chopped walnuts and mix until you have a firm, shapeable dough.
Oil your hands, shape into rolls and coat with sesame seeds. Bake at 190°C for about , until golden.
