Ingredients

  • 250 gfull-fat cottage cheese
  • 1egg
  • 125 gground flaxseed
  • 50 gsunflower seeds
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • sun-dried tomatoes

    chopped, to taste

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

  • vegetable oil

    for greasing and shaping

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, salt, baking powder and chopped sun-dried tomatoes into a firm dough.

  2. Grease two small 4x6-inch loaf pans and your hands with vegetable oil. Shape two loaves and place them in the pans, sprinkling sesame seeds over and around to prevent sticking.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 35- until golden and set. Cool before slicing for avocado or smoked-fish sandwiches.
