Ingredients

- 250 gfull-fat cottage cheese
- 1egg
- 125 gground flaxseed
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- pinchsalt
- 1 tspbaking powder
- sun-dried tomatoes
chopped, to taste
- sesame seeds
for topping
- vegetable oil
for greasing and shaping
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese, egg, ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, salt, baking powder and chopped sun-dried tomatoes into a firm dough.
Grease two small 4x6-inch loaf pans and your hands with vegetable oil. Shape two loaves and place them in the pans, sprinkling sesame seeds over and around to prevent sticking.
Bake at 180°C for 35- until golden and set. Cool before slicing for avocado or smoked-fish sandwiches.
