Keto cottage cheese bread with mozzarella, almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium. Flour-free, sugar-free, rich in protein and calcium.

Ingredients
- 200 gcottage cheese
fine-grained
- 2 pieceeggs
- 100 gmozzarella cheese
grated
- 40 galmond flour
- 2 tspbaking powder
- salt
to taste
- 1 tbsppsyllium husk
- 1 tbspcoconut flour
- 1 tsporegano
- 50 gmozzarella
cubed, for filling
- 1 pieceegg
for brushing
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese with eggs and grated mozzarella
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, psyllium, salt and oregano
Mix all ingredients well and let rest 5-
Grease baking dish and transfer the dough
Press cubed mozzarella into the dough
Brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 30- at 180 C (350 F)
