- 150 gkefir
or yogurt
- 2eggs
- pinchsalt
- 75 gcheese
grated
- parsley
a little, chopped
- green onion
or garlic, chopped
- 170 grice flour
- 5 gbaking powder
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Whisk 150g kefir with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Stir in 75g grated cheese, a little chopped parsley and green onion or garlic.
Add 170g rice flour and 5g baking powder and mix to a thick batter.
Grease a loaf tin with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 30- until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
