Ingredients

  • 200 gcottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup

    or honey

  • 200 goats
  • cumin
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • black sesame seeds

    for topping

  • olive oil

    for shaping

Instructions

  1. Blend 200g cottage cheese with 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup and 200g oats. Rest to hydrate.

  3. Mix in cumin and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  4. Oil your hands and shape small rolls. Top with black sesame seeds.

  5. Bake at 190°C for 20- until golden and firm. Best served warm.
