Ingredients

  • 220 gcottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • salt
  • dried tomatoes
  • green onions
  • 30 gparmesan

    grated

  • 3 tbsprolled oats
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • vegetable oil
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cottage cheese with eggs, salt, chopped dried tomatoes and green onions.

  2. Stir in grated parmesan, oats and baking powder to a soft dough.

  3. Shape small flatbreads on a lined baking tray and brush with vegetable oil.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over each flatbread.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 25- until deeply golden and firm.

  6. Serve warm with soft spreads or savoury toppings.
