  • 200 galmond flour
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 4eggs
  • 125 mlwarm water
  • 50 gcoconut oil
  • pinchsalt
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, psyllium, baking powder and salt. Whisk in eggs, warm water and melted coconut oil into a thick dough and let it rest for .

  2. Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil, transfer the dough in, smooth the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 30- until the crust sounds hollow when tapped. Cool on a rack, then slice into 16 sturdy pieces.
