Ingredients

- 160 gchickpeas
ground
- salt
- coriander
- ginger
- 40 gpsyllium husk
- 10 gbaking powder
- 45 galmonds
chopped
- 45 gwalnuts
chopped
- 30 graisins
- 200 mlkefir
- 2eggs
- 30 mlolive oil
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind the chickpeas into flour and whisk with psyllium, salt, coriander, ginger and baking powder.
Fold in almonds, walnuts and raisins.
Beat kefir, eggs and olive oil, then pour into the dry mix and stir to a sticky dough.
Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, score the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 40- until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool fully before slicing.
