Ingredients

  • 100 goats

    ground to a flour

  • 100 grice flour
  • pinchsalt
  • tspdry garlic
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 200 mlkefir

    or liquid yogurt

  • 4eggs
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 150 ghomemade cheese

    grated or crumbled

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 100g oat flour, 100g rice flour, salt, dry garlic and 1 teaspoon oregano in a bowl.

  2. Whisk 4 eggs with 200ml kefir and 30ml olive oil, then pour into the dry mix and stir smooth.

  3. Fold in 150g grated homemade cheese until evenly distributed.

  4. Transfer to a greased loaf tin, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 40-, until golden and firm. Cool briefly before slicing.
