Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 15 gcheddar cheese
  • 1eggs
  • broccoli

    1 head

  • 15 goats
  • pinchsalt
  • 45 gcottage cheese
  • ¼ tspgarlic powder
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Blend a head of broccoli with 60g cheddar and 2 eggs until chunky.

  2. Stir in 60g oats, a pinch of salt, 180g cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

  3. Grease small baking forms with oil and spoon in the batter; brush the tops with oil.

  4. Bake at 180-190°C for 25- until golden; cool briefly and serve.
