Broccoli Bread for Gut and Heart Health
Flour-free broccoli bread with almond flour, cheese, Greek yogurt and psyllium. High in fiber and protein, supports digestion.

Ingredients
- 200 gbroccoli
cooked
- 3 pieceeggs
- 50 gcheddar cheese
grated
- salt
to taste
- 50 galmond flour
- 2 tbspGreek yogurt
- 1½ tspbaking powder
- 3 tbsppsyllium husk
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Salt and cook broccoli for
Blend cooked broccoli with eggs using immersion blender
Add grated cheddar, salt, almond flour, Greek yogurt and baking powder
Stir in psyllium husk and let dough rest so psyllium swells
Divide into 2 parts on greased baking sheet
Sprinkle with oil, make cuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 35- at 180 C (350 F)
