Black Flaxseed Keto Vegan Bread

A minimal-carb keto and vegan bread made with ground flaxseed, psyllium and hot water. Gluten-free loaves finished with coriander and rubbed with garlic.

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 240 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • salt
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • 320 mlhot water
  • olive oil
  • coriander

    for topping

  • garlic

    for rubbing after baking

Instructions

  1. Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder

  2. Mix with baking powder, salt and psyllium

  3. Pour in hot water and mix well

  4. Add olive oil

  5. Divide the dough into 3 parts and shape into bars

  6. Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with coriander

  7. Bake at 180 C for 30-

  8. Cool and rub with garlic
