Ingredients

  • 150 gflaxseed

    partially ground

  • 50 gsesame seeds
  • 15 gpsyllium husk
  • 20 gchia seeds
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 400 mlwater
  • 150 galmond flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. Grind part of the flaxseed in a coffee grinder

  2. Mix flaxseed, sesame, psyllium and chia with salt

  3. Pour in water and let rest

  4. Add almond flour and baking powder

  5. Stir in baking soda and lemon juice

  6. Line straight-sided jars with parchment and grease with oil

  7. Divide the dough between the jars

  8. Bake at 180 C for 60-
