Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gcottage cheese
  • 2 pieceeggs
  • salt

    pinch

  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 50 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • green onions
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 25 gwhey protein

    or albumin

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese with eggs using immersion blender

  2. Add salt, dried garlic, olive oil, grated cheddar and green onions

  3. Stir in baking powder and whey protein

  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil

  5. Shape into rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake for at 190 C (375 F)

  7. Crack the oven door and let cool inside
