Ingredients

- 200 gred lentils
soaked overnight
- 2eggs
- 200 gcottage cheese
- salt
to taste
- 1 tspdried garlic
- 1 tspturmeric
- 50 gcheddar cheese
grated
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 2 tbspalbumin
or whey protein
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Soak 200g red lentils for a few hours or overnight, rinse and drain.
Blend the lentils with 2 eggs and 200g cottage cheese until smooth.
Stir in salt, 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 50g grated cheddar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 2 tablespoons albumin.
Pour into a greased pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 40-; cool in the oven with the door ajar.
