Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 100 gcoconut paste

    urbech or spread

  • pinchsalt
  • 7 gpsyllium husk
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 eggs with 100g coconut paste, a pinch of salt, 7g psyllium and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Let the batter rest for to hydrate the psyllium.

  2. Grease two small 4x6-inch loaf pans with vegetable oil and sprinkle the bottoms with sesame seeds. Divide the dough between them and top with more sesame.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 35- until firm and golden. Cool fully before slicing each loaf into 4 pieces.
