- 3eggs
- 100 gcoconut paste
urbech or spread
- pinchsalt
- 7 gpsyllium husk
- ½ tspbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Whisk 3 eggs with 100g coconut paste, a pinch of salt, 7g psyllium and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Let the batter rest for to hydrate the psyllium.
Grease two small 4x6-inch loaf pans with vegetable oil and sprinkle the bottoms with sesame seeds. Divide the dough between them and top with more sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 35- until firm and golden. Cool fully before slicing each loaf into 4 pieces.
