- black pepper

for greasing
- 1 tspsesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Whisk 120g tahini with 4 eggs, a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the batter into a small loaf pan greased with vegetable oil and scatter sesame seeds over the top.
Bake at 180°C for , until risen and golden. Cool slightly before slicing into 8 portions.
