  • 120 gtahini
  • 4eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • black pepper

    to taste

  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

  • 1 tspsesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk 120g tahini with 4 eggs, a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth.

  2. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan greased with vegetable oil and scatter sesame seeds over the top.

  3. Bake at 180°C for , until risen and golden. Cool slightly before slicing into 8 portions.
